In Summer (March – June) Just like other districts in West Bengal, experiences hot and dry summers.
Baranti in Monsoon (July – September) is much likely to have amazing evenings. The chirping of birds and the place surrounded by the lake and mountains will certainly take your heart away.
Winter (October – February) is the best time to visit Branti resort, with blossoms and natures play.
How to reach
One can easily travel by car from Kolkata for around 5-6 hours as the route is around 263 km.
Another way of reaching this spot would be by train. One needs to reach the Muradi railway station on the Adra-Asansol line. From here Baranti is 6 km. You can reach by a cycle rickshaw or a trekker too.
