How to Reach:

Siliguri is the doorway to the Dooars. The headquarters of the North Bengal State Transport Corporation is Cooch Behar which is well connected by long-distance bus routes to Siliguri as well as to Kolkata, Jalpaiguri and other areas of the state. A broad gauge railway service connects Cooch Behar with Kolkata via New Jalpaiguri (NJP railway station near Siliguri). The nearest airport to Siliguri is Bagdogra, connecting Kolkata, Delhi and Guwahati. One may take bus rides or cab rides to reach the destination from the airport or railway station.
