We visited this place last weekend . We were given one room in 1st floor which got flooded after few hours rain. Staffs are rude and non trained. Local manager named Pallab Sarkar is rude in nature and devoid of basic courtsey. TV had no net work connection. We got totally bored. Remote for A/C in room was not available and we kept on turning the temp change manually jumping from bed throughout the night. When we called the staff they replied in casual way that it is not available. Cats and dog were roaming inside the resort even in stay building and
kitchen.
HORRIBLE could only be the word to explain the status here……..
