The location of this resort is great, but the road to reach the place is pathetic. It is about 18 km from Lava and this road is difficult to drive through, even for 4-WD vehicles. While the staff members are attentive to our basic needs (food, water, blanket, etc.), we felt the amenities could have been better. There are no geysers in bathrooms, no covered cupboards to keep your clothes, and power outages are very common. Food is simple local fare. The garden is pretty well done with many varieties of local flowers.

THIS LAMENDO VILLA IS A WORST PROPERTY. I CAME BACK TODAY 27.03.2024 WITH BITTER EXPERIENCE. IN THE TOP FLOOR ROOM , RAIN WATER IS DROPING FROM ROOF ON THE BED. ELECTRIC POWER VOLTAGE IS SO LOW THAT YOU CAN NOT CHARGE YOUR MOBILE IN THE 1ST. FLOOR ROOM. ELECTRIC LIGHT IS NOT AVAILABLE ON MY TWO DAYS STAYING DUE TO PROPERTY’S OWN PROBLEM. ONLY VEG FOOD IS AVAILABLE AND THE QUALITY IS WORST. OWNER IS NOT RESPONDING REGARDING THIS PROBLEM. DONT STAY IN THIS PROPERTY.

Worst experience. Room charges are on much higher side compared with the charges. Rooms are small, bathroom too small, service is almost not present. Behaviour of reception persons and the owner is unpleasant. Charged extra 1.5% for credit cards otherwise asked to pay in cash. As I do not carry cash they asked to withdraw from ATM which is 5 km away and provide no assistance to reach there. No blanket was provided and rooms are full of mosquito, red ants and insects.
Adviced take a second thought before booking the property.
Only good thing is location.

Very good for one day trip in winter and good for day out trip in monsoon. Food and staffs are very good.

We three Sr.citizen couples visited on 20th & 21st May 2023. Location is fantastic. You can enjoy lash tea garden from the terrace with cup of tea in your hand. Toilets of four rooms in 1st block are OK but rooms are not very clean, It seems rooms have not been maintained properly. There was no glass in one door. Lamp bracket is hanging . Owner does not stay here. So I think manager has got some limitations. Food is ok. We had bar-b-q . Location is really nice . Only thing, owner should take some interest to improve the interior of the rooms.
